Christmas window display competition in Montoire-sur-le Loir

The competition

The Vendôme Tourist Office – Territoires Vendômois, the UCAIM (Union des Commerçants, Artisans et Industriels de Montoire-sur-le Loir) and the municipality of Montoire-sur-le Loir are joining forces to launch the Most Beautiful Christmas Window Display Competition, which will take place from December 8 to 13, 2025.

Open to Montoire retailers who are members of the UCAIM, this contest invites them to decorate their shop windows to offer visitors and residents a magical interlude in the heart of the city.

Two prizes will be awarded at the end of the contest:

· The Jury Prize: awarded by elected officials and representatives of the organizers.

· The People’s Choice Award: chosen by customer votes.

Retailers wishing to take part in the event must register with the UCAIM before November 23, 2025.

The window displays will be judged on several criteria:

· Adherence to the Christmas theme

· Creativity

· Harmony

· Volume of the decoration

Participants must keep their decorations in place until December 31, 2025.

Rewards: winning retailers will receive a trophy. Members of the public who vote will also have the chance to win prizes in a raffle held during the Business Evening on December 19.
