In the Ronsard Park and the Castle Park, many trees, some more than two centuries old, have a botanical interest. The plane tree planted on the banks of Loir in 1759 and the Lebanon’s cedar, at the castle since 1807, are the most famous of them. Our gardeners have long mastered the art of mosaiculture. These true floral frescoes renewed over the seasons can be admired along the Loir and in the garden of the library. An outdoor botanical lesson for garden lovers !
