Les impromptus
Association du château de Vendôme
This association, created in 2017, was intended, alongside the City of Vendôme, to preserve and enhance the former Bourbon-Vendôme fortress.
Since 2020, the association has been developing a structured entertainment program called “Les Rendez-vous du château”.
During the summer, the association of the Château de Vendôme welcomes you every Sunday morning (at 11 a.m.) on the stage of the hanging gardens. You can attend a concert with local and national artists of various styles.
And to take full advantage of these musical moments, you can eat with delicious local products.
Programming 2025
- June 29 – Soly Sombra: music of sunshine and contrasts. Rhythm and color in song!
- July 6 – Amiliz: 5 musicians share their passion for traditional Breton music, dancing and Festoù Noz.
- July 13 – Trio Styloïde Process: R. Delangle clarinet, G. Dutrieux trumpet, E. Ferlet, KeyBird piano.
- July 20 – New Amalgame: a singer, an accordionist-pianist and a storyteller pay tribute to Edith Piaf.
- July 27 – Quatuor Voce: classical music
- August 3 – The Crooked Nails: double bass trio, harmonica, blues folk rock guitar.
- August 10 – B. Lecoq: an artist renowned for 25 years for her accurate, funny and moving interpretations.
- August 17 – E. Laroche will sound his instrument in a repertoire of compositions and covers.
