"Living Together" is a poetic and sensory performance for very young children, inspired by the world of treehouses. A refuge of childhood, the treehouse is a space we build to hide, daydream, and observe—alone or with others.
"Living Together" at L'Hectare in Saint-Firmin-des-Prés. Guided by two characters, children and adults are invited to wander through a constellation of huts, shelters, and little worlds. We enter, we exit, we disappear, we reappear. We explore materials, lights, and sounds. We play at being together, at meeting one another, at finding one another. As the journey unfolds, the show gently explores how we inhabit the world: how do we form families, villages, and communities? How do we share a space while preserving our privacy? An immersive and sensitive experience, to be shared together. For all children ages 1 month to 6 years.
