Description
A small, round character with no legs lives in a city made of staircases and machines. Employed at the top of a milk factory, he knows nothing of what goes on there… until he meets “Le La Couleur,” a magical presence who takes him on a journey to discover the inner workings of the factory...
"Le la couleur" at L'Hectare in Naveil. Live drawings, animations using a Leap Motion sensor, and
live music blend together to tell this wordless story. Every gesture, every image, and every note come together to create a unique visual and auditory performance. This show was born out of an immersive experience at Medical-Educational Institutes (IME). The children’s innocence and sensitivity have
infused this story—which could have been dark—with tenderness. Pictograms, at the heart of their nonverbal communication, have enriched both the narrative and the visual world, bringing to life a form of theater that is accessible and universal, where poetry and emotion are shared without words. Suitable for all ages 6 and up.
