The Lavardinois (es) open their gardens as part of the operation Rendez-vous aux jardins.
Lavardin en fête. Some twenty gardens and troglodytes will be open to the public, with artists, craftsmen (painters, sculptors, visual artists and local artisans), musical entertainment, house sales, refreshment stands and light meals, as well as games... For the first time, a cellar just outside the château, converted into a winegrower's and fisherman's dwelling, will open its doors. A continuous instrumental music concert will be held in the Salle Saint Genest. A temporary café will be set up in the courtyard of the town hall, and as usual, proceeds will go towards restoring the château.
