La Caravane du Ponant takes you on a plunge into medieval Europe through the tales of Ibrahim Ibn Yaqub, a merchant from al-Andalus (Muslim Spain), who traveled the continent from west to east. From the Iberian Peninsula to the Slavic lands, via the Carolingian Empire and Scandinavia, follow his journey in the company of these re-enactors. Visitors can try their hand at combat techniques (archery, crossbow shooting, tests of strength, etc.), learn about trade practices, try out different games and chat with these enthusiasts!
